CONTROL MEASURES

reducing the risk level to an acceptable level

Exposed cables people trip over them.

1
I can can control where the cables are to the corners of the room pressing against the wall. This should stop them being exposed.
Chairs will be everywhere because a lot of work will be going on. The risk of banging your knee on one is great and can cause bruising.

       3
There is still a considerable risk of banging your leg on one of these chairs as they are needed and are hard to isolate to small areas (this one increase the risk). But if we get rid of as many chairs as we can and only have a few, tucked beneath the desk it wont be a problem.
Dropping the camera and breaking it, if you drop a heavy camera on someone’s foot it could make him or her limp for quite a while.

We will make sure to have the same, experienced person holding the camera and far away from any other filming people or students that may get to close.
Poking your eye out on the end of a clamp because they are facing upward and if someone leans over and the end hits their face or eye it can be a very serious injury but an unlikely one.
2
1
We will keep them far away from anyone’s reach unless people need to use them.
Could be electrocuted.

We will keep away from wires and not film around sockets.
